The EMT1010A is second generation 32-channel, current-input current-to-voltage (C/V) converter specially designed for the application of X-Ray detection system. it combines optimized circuit design, gain option, and advanced analog fabrication process. The photo diodes for X-Ray detection can be directly connected to its input and converted.
The EMT1010A provides serial work timing so that the 32 channel's value can be converted one by one by output stage. The EMT1010A can choose order or reverse order work mode. Adjustable integration times range from 2ms to 20ms, allowing currents from 10pA to 4000pA to be measured with outstanding precision. Low-level linearity error is less than 0.5% and noise is less than 150uV.
The EMT1010A has a serial interface designed for daisy-chaining in multi-device systems. Simply connect the output of one device to the input of the next to create the chain. Common clocking feeds all the devices in the chain so that the digital overhead in a multi-EMT1010A system is minimal.
The EMT1010A uses a +5V voltage supply. Operating over the temperature range of 0° C to +55° C.
