JHM2051 is a low-power, high-precision signal conditioning integrated circuit designed for single capacitive sensors. The sensor capac is directly connected to the chip and converted into a digital signal by the internal 16-bit ΣΔCDC circuit of the chip, with a capacitance resolution of to 40aF (13.4 bit) and a peak-to-peak resolution of up to 280 aF (10.7 bit).
JHM2051 supports single capacitance measurement, with a maximum range of capacitance change of 0.94pF or 0.47F, and a maximum common mode capacitance range of 7pF or 3.5pF. The programmable digital-to-capacitance converter can compensate the input common mode capacitance.
JHM2051 has a built-in high-linearity temperature sensor with a temperature resolution of up to 0.04℃ . The chip integrates a digital compensation function that can simultaneously calibrate and compensate for the nonlinearity, sensitivity temperature drift, and zero temperature drift of the capacitive sensor, and coefficients of the compensation algorithm are saved in the on-chip integrated programmable memory (OTP). Users can read the calibrated values through the I2C interface.
